Refund policy

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

For any damaged items, we will issue a return authorization (RA) and return label to ship the damaged item(s) for a replacement if available OR store credit applied to your next order.

However, for non-damaged returns, return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and will be issued store credit only. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

We also request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers’ packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer.

For damage/return requests please email returns@hayden-la.com to receive a claims form. You must fill out the online form to submit your claim.

All return claims must be mailed back to us and received within 2 weeks of approval date.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable (including all refused and unaccepted packages.)

All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
All sales are not subject to a refund. Only store credit will be issued. In some cases, merchandise exchanges may be done.

 

CANCELLATION

If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to customersupport@hayden-la.com or call to 213.493.4712 must be submitted and approved before any order can be cancelled.
