All styles are sold in pre-packed size runs, with a minimum of one prepack per style.

Do minimums change by season or category?

No. Our no-minimum policy applies year-round across all product categories.

Are volume discounts available?

We review volume-based pricing on a case-by-case basis depending on the order size and overall partnership. If you're planning a larger order, feel free to reach out to our sales team to discuss pricing options.


3. Trade Shows & Market Ordering

Where can I find you at market?

We regularly exhibit at Atlanta Apparel, Dallas Apparel, MAGIC Las Vegas, MAGIC Nashville, and FLAIR Chicago. Feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment or stop by during market.

Are market orders handled differently?

Market orders follow the same policies as regular wholesale orders, with no overall minimums. Orders are processed via credit card on file and charged as styles become available for shipment.  


4. International Wholesale Policies

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international wholesale shipping is available. International orders typically use FCA (Free Carrier) terms, meaning:

  • We deliver to the carrier at our location
  • Buyer handles shipping arrangements from our warehouse
  • Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance

Do you help with customs documentation?

Yes. We provide commercial invoices and packing lists. You or your freight forwarder will handle customs clearance in your country.


5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods

What is your return policy for wholesale?

We accept returns for quality defects and fit issues within our standard return window. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How long do I have to report issues?

We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

Are there restocking fees?

Yes. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Industry standards range from 15-25%; our specific policy will be detailed in your wholesale agreement.

What about damaged goods?

Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt with photo documentation. We'll work with you to resolve damage claims quickly — either through replacement or credit.

Based on our data: Our most-returned categories are Women's Dresses, Girls' Dresses/Midi, Outerwear, and Skirts. Top reasons are quality/fit concerns and "larger than expected." We use this feedback to improve product descriptions and sizing guides.

Seasonal restrictions: Some categories may have seasonal return restrictions (common in fashion wholesale to protect against end-of-season liquidation). Your sales rep will clarify any restrictions when you place your order.


6. Images, Linesheets & Marketing Assets

Can I use your product images on my website and social media?

Yes! We provide product images for your retail marketing use, including:

  • Social media posts promoting products you carry
  • In-store digital displays

What are the restrictions?

  • Allowed: Product images for retail/promotional purposes
  • Not allowed: Altering brand logos, using images in ways that misrepresent the brand, or sublicensing images to third parties

Do you provide high-resolution images and lookbooks?

Yes. Upon account approval, you'll receive access to:

  • High-resolution product images (web-optimized and print-ready)
  • Digital linesheets
  • Seasonal lookbooks

Social media content: We produce extensive social media content weekly. If you'd like to collaborate on co-marketing or repost our brand content, contact your sales rep.
