Please read the following updates to our VIP program:

• Beginning March 31, 2023, HLA VIP Status can only be earned when you reach $6,000 worth of fulfilled orders from our direct channels (ws.haydenla.com, tradeshows, and/or sales team) in the last 12 months.
• Effective March 31, 2023, orders fulfilled from through 3^rd Party platforms such as FashionGo, LA Showroom, Hubventory, etc. will NOT count towards eligibility for HLA VIP status.

Terms & Conditions

1. You must have a valid credit card on file and give us permission to ship your items when ready. We will not be calling you beforehand.
2. HLA VIP status gives qualifying customers free shipping on all Continental US orders only (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska are excluded, but do qualify for one free shipment per month).
3. HLA VIP international customers are entitled to one free shipment every three months. Please note that this offer does not include customs fees incurred upon delivery or any other ancillary charges.
4. Free shipping is only valid with standard UPS shipping. Expedited and upgraded shipping methods do not qualify for free shipping.
5. Free shipping only applies to orders made via HLA’s direct channels (website, tradeshows and/or sales team).
6. If you request to use your personal carrier account/shipping services we won't be able to issue a reimbursement for the shipping fees you incur. 
7. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other promotion.
