What is My Account?
My Account (https://customers.haydenla.com) is a place where you can check your Purchase history, Make Payments online, and submit Cases/Return Claims directly to our customer support and returns department. This is different from your account on Haydenla.com.
How can I get access to My Account?
You should have received an activation email from "Netsuite". We encourage you to check your inbox and your junk mail before assuming that your email has not been registered.
If you cannot find this activation email and you think that your email has not been registered yet, please ask a Hayden LA sales associate to set up an account. You can email customersupport@hayden-la.com or call 213-493-4712.
How can I reset my password?
- Go to My Account.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Once you receive the "Change Password Request for Hayden LA My Account" email, please reset your password and log in again.
*Please note the login for My Account is different from your haydenla.com login.
I was given access to My Account but I don't have a password. How can I set up my password?
- Go to My Account.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Once you receive the "Change Password Request for Hayden LA MY Account" email, please reset your password and log in again.
Is my login for My Account and Haydenla.com the same?
No. They are two separate logins.
How can I add a credit card?
- Login to My Account.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Payment --> Click "Add Credit Card"
- Input credit card information and press "Add Card"
- Select "Make this my default credit card"
How can I update a credit card?
- Login to My Account
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Payment --> Click "Edit"
- Input credit card information and press "Update Card"
- Select "Make this my default credit card"
How do I make payment on my invoice?
- Once logged into My Account, Head over to Billing > Invoices.
- Click on the box for the invoice you would like to select and click on Make a Payment.
- If you would like to view more details of your Invoice you can click on the Invoice # and you will be able to see details such as the style, quantity, amount, etc.
How do I check my order history?
- Once logged into My Account, head over to Purchases > Purchase History.
- Locate your Sales Order and can click on the Purchase No. to view more details such as, styles that shipped versus styles still on backorder, shipping/billing information, costs, and other records.
